There are some runners who are naturally fast and efficient and who never break down. For the rest of us there's the PilatesRunner System. The PilatesRunner is one who appreciates the value of holistic training. It's my job to make that training both fun and easy for you to do!

An holistic training program for runners includes all of the following:
  1. Mobilization
  2. Movement improvement including
    • strength work
    • energy system work (for runners this means running!)
    • mental direction
  3. Stretching with an emphasis on quieting over-active nerve impulses to habitually tense muscles.
  4. Massage with an emphasis on restoring the damaged areas in muscles to normality.
  5. Rest
